According to this article, If Trump is elected he is planning to do away with the Dodd-Frank Act which has wreaked havoc on the mortgage industry but I have to add that some of the reform was much needed. I personally don't think we should go back to the days when a borrower could breath on paper and get a loan...a happy medium is what is needed.
